great product

These caps are high quality. The paddle in hand feels much nicer and more balanced. I have them on 2 of my paddles in rotation and will be ordering another.

Does what it says.

It has help speed up the paddle head, while still providing power.

A+...it works as advertised

I purchased a Joola MOD TA-15 (16mm), which weighed in at 7.94oz in stock format. The balance point is higher than it should be. So I added the SLYCE SpeedCap SLIM (24g) because I wanted to balance it out and also keep a slim profile compared to the 28g normal offering. I also use the Hesacore Extra Small with the Wilson Pro Perforated Overgrip + two 3g strips of lead tape in the 4 and 8 o'clock position (which is right at the new balance point of the paddle) to widen the sweet spot.

The total weight is now 9.17oz and it feels lighter than my modified Gearbox Power Pro Elongated which comes in at 8.8oz. So it is doing everything I am asking it. I played with the paddle in stock format for 8 hours over 3 playing sessions. I have played with it in the modified format now for 6 hours (2 of those hours were drilling). It is a better playing paddle with this configuration.

Now that I am carrying more total weight, it does add up and can make your arm wear down a little sooner than normal during a play session. It is just more total weight. There is no hiding that. The weight is noticed on overhead smashes/putaways. But it does allow for more of a whipping action because it is balanced better and the hits are harder & more solid with my new configuration.

I would recommend it to anyone that is not sensitive to additional total weight.
