SLYCE actually got in contact with me in person on the phone to rectify the situation that had arise when I did not receive my shipment. I am very impressed with this company and their customer service, they will be above and beyond to get you what you need I was expecting the speed cap to be a bit more “Green”, but it’s more of a gray color. That’s a minor critique though. What’s the most important is that it definitely helps with maneuverability if you’re struggling with the swing weight of the TruFoam Genesis1.
