Love my Slyce cap. I purchased a new Engage innovation paddle that is a thinner and harder than what I was used to, I think the Slyce cap helped me to adjust to the more power paddle.

I ordered a 1oz slyce by mistake; it was personalized so not refundable. I immediately contacted customer service to change the order and they didn’t get back to me. I received the useless order. Shortly after I received the order, they contacted me and apologized for missing my email so they sent me the correct weight. They redeemed themselves and showed that they can follow through.
